Well Circles are independently-run groups that meet around each new moon. Together, month by month, you'll get more deeply connected to yourself, your spirituality, and each other.

These small groups, usually 6-12 people, gather monthly to reflect, connect, and explore Jewish wisdom together.
Together, they create a path to intentional living in rhythm with the Hebrew calendar. Participants say it's one of their most cherished wellness practices!
Nearly 6,000 individuals around the world have joined or created a Well Circle — a powerful path to wholeness and collective care.

strengthened their sense of belonging within Jewish community

built deeper, more intentional relationships

fostered their sense of connection to the Jewish calendar
Each circle is independently organized and finds its own style. After hearing from Well Circles around the globe, these are four pillars of what makes a circle meaningful and sustainable.

Well Circles are our favorite nourishing new moon practice! Each Well Circle is an independently organized group of 6-12 people who meet together around the new moon. Through group conversation and ritual, coupled with personal inquiry, you can connect more deeply with yourself, your circle, and these ancient traditions.
We called them “Well Circles” because of how powerful they are for your well-being! Participants say things like, “Knowing I have a space that's sacred, where we can share and be seen, has improved my life and my mental and emotional health.”
Some Well Circles meet in-person, some are fully virtual, and others are a hybrid model. Some meet on the new moon itself, and others choose to meet on a specific day of the week to make scheduling easier. There’s no one way to do things. We know you’ll find a path that works for you and your circle, and of course, we are here to support you along your journey.
It is free to start or join an independently run Well Circle! (Each circle decides together on whether and how to spend money on snacks and supplies for their gatherings.) If you join the At The Well Collective, you’ll gain access to our Well Circle Starter Kit for guidance on how to start a Well Circle of your own and also help support our work as an organization.
For gatherings hosted by At The Well, such as our Global New Moon Circles, the ticket price allows us to sustain these nourishing monthly offerings. (Members of the At The Well Collective get access to Global New Moon Circles, as well as members-only Full Moon Circles, for free.)
Each of the hundreds of Well Circles around the globe first started with someone like you, a circle igniter! For community support and guided resources as you begin your circle, our Well Circle Starter Kit is available when you become a member of the At The Well Collective. If you’d like, you can also announce your circle-in-formation (all you need is a free account!) to find wonderful new folks to gather with.
That would be wonderful! Each Well Circle is independently organized, and each has its own composition. Craft a space you’d love to be a part of! (To learn how to start your circle, check out our Well Circle Starter Kit, available when you become a member of the At The Well Collective.) If you’d like, you can create a free account in the Collective to announce your circle-in-formation and find wonderful new folks to gather with!
Some Well Circles are intergenerational within families. Consider inviting your mother, daughter, sister, cousins, etc., to join you in this ritual!
Take a look at the list of Well Circles seeking new members. If you find one that meets your needs, create a free account in the At The Well Collective to message the organizer. Together you can discover whether it’s a great match.
Not seeing a circle near you? Your free account also allows you to create a post of your own to let others know what you’re looking for!
