Body & Soul: Three Jewish Paths to Healing

Join us to be guided through Jewish wisdom's practices for personal, communal, and ancestral healing!

Details

Join us to find deeper, truer healing through Jewish wisdom! In this special gathering, featuring a panel discussion, we will explore what healing truly means and practices to support healing on a personal level, an ancestral level, and a communal level.

Together, we will:

  • Unpack the healing power of the month of Iyar
  • Reflect on the healing we each need
  • Learn from our panelists (listed below) about three Jewish healing practices: mikvah, ancestral healing through the Four Worlds of mystical tradition, and Well Circles
  • Move through a healing embodiment practice

This welcoming space is open to all, whether you've been considering jumping into one of these practices, have a long history with them, or are hearing about them for the first time. Deepen into the energy of Iyar, guided by ancient wisdom and equipped with tangible practices to support your own healing and renewal.

This event will be recorded, so feel free to sign up even if you can't join us live! The recording will be sent out to all registrants following the event.

Each $18 ticket supports the life-changing work of At The Well and allows us to make insightful gatherings like these a sustainable offering. If this cost represents a financial hardship, please email yael@atthewellproject.com.

Our Panelists:

Ariela HaLevi is a spiritual guide, healer, and teacher who accompanies women on the journey of returning home—to their bodies, souls, and the sacredness of everyday life. Through a tapestry of ancient wisdom and modern healing, she helps women remember who they truly are beneath the layers of inherited beliefs, life experiences, and soul memory. Rooted in shamanic practices, yoga, Kabbalah, Reiki, and a master’s degree in Social Work, Ariela supports women in integrating their spiritual and emotional selves through deep inner work. Her approach is grounded in the Four Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—each representing a sacred doorway back to the Self. Ariela offers monthly women’s circles, immersive spiritual programs, and private guidance for those who are drawn to live from the truth of their inner elements and walk the path of soul remembrance. Her sacred work invites women to come home—to themselves, to Spirit, and to the beauty of their own unique rhythm.

Rabbi Jessica K. Marshall leads a heart-centered spiritual community called Sacred Journey, offers spiritually inclusive rituals and retreats, facilitates pre-marital and newlywed spiritual programs, and offers 1-on-1 spiritual guidance.
Guiding folks via deeper connection to their own rich soul-wisdom, she helps nurture lives of meaning and joy!

Casey Girard Shlang brings years of experience in Well Circles and is a creator of content and connection for non-profits in the U.S. and Israel.
