Join At The Well for a special in-person series for women and nonbinary folks in San Diego, California!
Join At The Well board member, meditation & yoga teacher, and certified life coach Dallas Brown, in partnership with the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center, for a special journey through three summer moon cycles.
Are you ready to experience a nourishing space where you can lean into ancient Jewish wisdom for your own wellbeing? Inspired by the Jewish ritual of Rosh Chodesh, marking sacred time by the new moon, we will tap into the energy of each Hebrew month to reflect, reset, and connect.
Sivan - June 9, 5:30-7pm
Dallas will be joined by Alison Laichter, meditation teacher and leader of spiritual practice, to begin the summer series by opening to the power of giving and receiving through meditation, reflection, and simple somatic practices to soothe your nervous system. You will leave feeling uplifted and open-hearted, ready to embrace your own inner knowing.
Tammuz - July 9, 5:30-7pm
Dallas will be joined by Ariel Eden, COO of the Center for Rabbinic Innovation and experienced program designer and song leader, to transcend the heat of Tammuz through music. May the power of our voices bring healing and hope.
Av - August 5, 5:30-7pm
Dallas will be joined by Kim Bauman, master yoga teacher and teacher trainer, to close out the summer by healing the brokenness of Av by moving and caring for our physical bodies. Through gentle yoga, expert adjustments, and self-massage, we will build a foundation of support for ourselves and each other to carry us through devastation to deep joy.
Come gather with women and nonbinary folks in community, to celebrate Rosh Chodesh and soak in the energy of the new months of Sivan, Tammuz, and Av. Enjoy light appetizers and strong community. Not ready to sign up for all three? You can find each individual event listed here.
