As we approach the yahrzeit (anniversary) of one of the darkest days in our recent memory, we are awash in fresh heartbreak. After a year of so much loss and devastation, healing feels further away than ever.

In the week after October 7, 2023, our team crafted breathwork, yoga, and meditation recordings that responded to the deep needs of that time. Now, we find ourselves turning back to them again for renewed support. We’ve updated these offerings to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of this moment, along with rituals and conversation starters to help you gather with your Well Circle or in community.
